Site cleaning, leveling, layout; electrical room civil works; contractor mobilization & materials.

Electrical Infrastructure (Days 31–70)
Internal cabling, panels, transformer placement, perimeter fencing; worker accommodation.

TAQA Inspection & Connection (Days 71–100)
TAQA inspections and direct fee payment; energization; settle contractor milestones.

Hydro Integration & Handover (Days 101–120)
Install two hydro containers per site, integrate RO/cooling; civil piping; testing & handover.

Uitvoeringsstrategie

Three sites will be executed in parallel with rotating teams to maintain continuous workflow. Since LDN approvals are complete, execution starts directly with civil and electrical works. Each site is targeted for completion within approximately 120 days.
