We host both B2C and B2B clients (individual investors and corporations) without any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Please note that some of our facilities may have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement. Orders for miners that fall under this policy will be dispatched together with other orders. As a result, while we await additional orders to meet the MOQ, your delivery may be temporarily delayed.

Yes, you can use your own wallet address for mining profits, by default we will use your auto-generated wallet address for payouts, this wallet is integrated with your account by our WaaS (Wallet as a Service) provider. This allows you to have full control over your earnings and manage them according to your preferences.

This timeframe is estimated for "In stock" miners. If you order a miner that is available for pre-order (Batch Jan 2028), the delivery time may vary based on the manufacturer's production schedule. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide an estimated delivery date.

Inside your dashboard, you need to deposit funds into your account to cover electricity costs. Additionally, pair a payment card as a backup option so we can charge you if your internal wallet is insufficient to cover expenses at that time. The cost of electricity is based on the power consumption of your ASIC miner and the current electricity rate at the hosting facility. You can monitor your energy usage and costs in real-time through your dashboard.

Yes, you can use your own mining pool. We will provide you with the necessary configuration details to connect your ASIC miner to your preferred mining pool. We do have an automatic integration with Foremann, which allows you to manage your miners and pools directly from our application, without the need for VPN access.

Yes, we provide the serial number (SN) for your ASIC miner. You can find the SN in your order details and also in the dashboard once the miner is set up. You can use this SN to track your miner's performance and warranty status. After each connection at a hosting location, our technician will upload a photo of the miner with the SN to your dashboard, so you can verify that your miner is connected and operational.

No, we will not host old and ineffective miners. They will not make you money. We are looking for long term partners and our space is limited to waste our and your time/money.

Yes, we do. We troubleshoot miners and will advise you on repair costs. Usually, our hosting plans include the labour and you only pay for the spare parts. Many of the repairs performed in-house without sending miners outside.

If you miner goes offline for an extended period and it is not bootable you may be entitled for compensation of unused power and credit will be applied to your hosting bill.
