Platform: The Website, customer dashboards, portals, and all related digital services (the "Platform")

This Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy (the "Shipping Policy") forms part of the WEMINE Platform Website Terms of Use, Sales & Service Terms (the "Website Terms"). By placing an Order for Products (mining hardware such as ASIC miners) through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy in addition to the Website Terms.

This Shipping Policy is designed to provide clear, accurate, and transparent information about shipping costs, delivery times, customs responsibilities, returns, and refunds, in full compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements and applicable UAE laws.

1. Shipping Availability and Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries, subject to availability, legal restrictions, sanctions compliance, and operational feasibility.

Shipping is available to the countries specified in our product listings and Google Merchant Center feeds (including but not limited to the United Arab Emirates, United States, Canada, Australia, European Union countries, and many others as listed in our feeds).

Certain destinations may be restricted due to sanctions, export controls, or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders to restricted jurisdictions in accordance with Clause 6.4 and Clause 15 of the Website Terms.

2. Shipping Costs and Calculation

  • Shipping costs are calculated per Order and displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Costs vary based on:
    • Destination country/region
    • Product weight, dimensions, and quantity (our Products are high-value, heavy electronics)
    • Selected shipping service (e.g., Standard or Expedited where available)
  • All shipping costs shown in our Google Merchant Center feeds and on the Platform match exactly (or are overestimated where exact matching is not possible).
  • Prices include handling and delivery charges but exclude VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or any government-imposed fees (see Section 4 below).
  • Free shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated for a specific promotion or product.

3. Delivery Times and Handling

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation and Order acceptance, depending on stock availability and compliance checks.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery times vary by destination (e.g., 7-30 days for international shipments). Exact estimates are provided at checkout and in Order confirmations.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or Force Majeure Events (as defined in the Website Terms).
  • We use reputable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Tracking information is provided via email and your Platform dashboard once the Order ships.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier (or as specified in the Order/invoice), in accordance with Clause 8.6 of the Website Terms.

4. Taxes, Duties, Customs and Import Responsibilities

  • Prices and shipping costs are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other government charges.
  • You (the Customer) are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and fees upon import into your country.
  • We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering. Any delays, additional costs, or seizures due to non-compliance are your responsibility (per Clause 8.7 of the Website Terms).
  • For cross-border shipments, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis only where expressly stated; otherwise, shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place) or equivalent, meaning duties are payable by you.

5. Returns and Refunds – Hardware Products

Final Sale Policy: As stated in Clause 8.1 of the Website Terms, sales of mining hardware (Products) are final and non-refundable once the Order is confirmed and payment received.

Limited Exceptions (refunds may be considered at our sole discretion):

  • Non-delivery (e.g., lost in transit, proven carrier fault)
  • Product arrives damaged (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos/proof)
  • Mandated by applicable law where we cannot lawfully exclude a refund (e.g., qualifying Consumer rights under UAE law)

No Returns/Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Cryptocurrency market volatility, mining difficulty changes, or performance expectations (per Clause 8.5)
  • Used, installed, or modified Products

Warranty Handling: Products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (typically repair-only). We facilitate claims but decisions rest with the manufacturer (Clauses 8.3-8.4). Warranty does not entitle you to a refund.

Return Process (where an exception applies):

  1. Contact support via the Platform or email within the applicable window.
  2. Provide Order number, proof of issue, and photos/videos.
  3. If approved, we provide return instructions and a return shipping label (where feasible).
  4. You bear return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (e.g., damaged on arrival).
  5. Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 14-30 days of receiving the returned item, minus any irreversible fees (e.g., payment processor or banking costs).

Restocking Fee: Up to 20% may apply for approved returns (where permitted by law).

Refund Timeframe: Processing takes up to 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned Product.

This Shipping Policy ensures full transparency and consistency with the information provided in our Google Merchant Center product feeds, including accurate shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and clear disclosure of additional costs/responsibilities.
