Platform: The Website, customer dashboards, portals, applications, reporting tools, and all related digital services (collectively, the "Platform")

This Privacy Policy explains how WECONNECT WORLDWIDE LTD (Registration No.: 01010476, licensed by RAK Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), UAE) (the "Company", "WeMine", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Platform, purchase Products (mining hardware such as ASIC miners) or Services (including hosting/colocation, maintenance facilitation, dashboards, and related tools), or interact with us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"), other UAE data protection regulations, and international best practices.

Important: By accessing the Platform, registering an account, placing an Order, or providing information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy forms part of the WEMINE Platform Website Terms of Use, Sales & Service Terms (the "Website Terms"). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning in the Website Terms.

We collect only the personal information necessary for providing our Products and Services, fulfilling Orders, ensuring compliance, and improving your experience.

  • Providing and managing Products/Services (e.g., Order fulfillment, shipping, hosting/colocation, warranty facilitation, dashboards/reporting).
  • Processing payments and invoices.

  • Compliance and risk management (sanctions/AML/CTF checks, fraud prevention, per Clause 15 of the Website Terms).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making with significant impact without your consent or legal basis.
